Books Read in 2011

There are only forty-two books on this list (not including children's books or short stories unless I read the entire collection). Of course, I had a very good excuse - I had a baby last February. I had hoped to read more but this was all I could manage. I also didn't review every book that came my way. Recently, I've decided to just write about books I care about. I'll be back with my top ten in a few days. For now, here's the list of the books I read in 2011. Can you guess which ones will make my top list?

      There's such a lot on here that I would like to read - I love these end of year lists! I think that writing only about what you care about is a very sensible policy and prevents one becoming overwhelmed.

      It's funny cause I only read one book from your list. All the books in your list are great. :) I would want to read them too, sooon! :D

      Lots of interesting books on your list - I particularly want to read The Blue Castle and Major Pettigrew's Last Stand. I really enoyed the Heretic's Daughter when I read it a while ago.
